   I came to this salon to use the lash lift service and was so shocked at the terrible service and result. Saf is very awkward and doesn’t seem professional at all, was a total waste of my time and money. I left a review on treatwell where i booked my appointment and received an email from an employee of the salon trying to blackmail me in order to avoid me posting bad reviews but they were not willing to accept that they did a bad job. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

   I came to this salon for a lash lift and was highly disappointed. Not only did it not work but the beautician Saf was very awkward and barely spoke, it was overall such a terrible experience and they can not see how poor the service is and that it didn’t work. As you can see in the picture it did nothing at all, avoid this salon unless you want to waste your money and time.

   Would have been a five star except the colour was slightly more brassy than I wanted, but it was corrected. Love my hair now, the cut is lovely, love my nails ( it's the only place where gel actually stays on my nails) and my lash lvl has been great.

   Lovely salon. Clean tidy. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend Maddy. My shelacs are beautiful. Very professional. Chatty. A lovely job well done. Eyebrows threading and beautiful relaxing neck and shoulder massage by Safyana. Would highly recommend her. Looking forward to going back there.

   This business is professionally run. The building itself is in an accessible position, with parking. Entered via an intercom service. Greeted by friendly and attentive staff. Social distancing rules in place. All staff wore masks. The atmosphere to the salon was cheerful, bright and classy. Once I stepped in the salon I felt relaxed and welcome. The decor and colour scheme was fresh and had been well thought out. The hair dresser was very professional, competent and very friendly. I felt a million dollars after she had worked her magic and transformed my hair. She gave me a wonderful head massage, which was all part of the washing/shampooing service. Prices are very competitive and good value for money. It was easy to book my next session, either in the salon or by the easy to use app. I fancy having my nails and a body massage done next time. I know that I will definitely feel pampered. Well worth a visit.
