   I have been a regular customer of Elegant nails since I was 18 and have had no problems with my BIAB infills on my hands or feet up until recently. I got my infill done on both hands and feet on 8th November 2025. I had no problems until Sunday 16th November - this was the first time I noticed that big left toe was swollen with flesh popping out from the cuticle. I went to the treatment centre on 19th November 2025 and now I am on a 7 day course of antibiotics trying to clear up the infection on the side of my toe.

   My normal nail technician had to cancel my appointment at short notice. I had to quickly find somewhere to do my nails as I was going on holiday in a few hours. Walked in earlier on today and was seen straight away. Ladies in there were welcoming and friendly and listened to what I wanted. Really pleased with how they turned out as I’ve been going to my current nail technician for over 10 years. Would definitely recommended this salon as my experience was 5 stars. Thank you!

   Absolutely amazing service! Cannot fault my nails today, I’ve never had false nails before so was really nervous but they’ve turned out so well, and for such a good price!!!! The nail technician was so gentle and acted like a perfectionist! Absolutely love, will be back there again :)

   I will not be going back there. After having 2 toe extensions and toenail paint (no foot spa which I did not want) they charged me £20 with a 20% discount!! To add insult to injury the female manicurists all proceeded laughing and repeating 20, 20 after I questioned how much, they now only care about increasing their prices, getting your money and openly disrespecting their loyal customers (iv been goi g for 4 years). I will not be going back there and will go to the newly opened salon in great bridge. Respect your customers!
