   I ordered a Christmas present from Wolf and Badger. The delivery was delayed and eventually arrived on 22 December. Only I was sent the wrong item. As frustrating as it is I accepted that they won't be able to send the correct item in time for Christmas. However to do the return the only option they offer is to print a label - I don't have a printer or access to one that I don't have to pay for before Christmas. They put the blame on the brand and the onus of finding a solution on me. What service do they actually provide other than taking a cut of the profits?? Now I'm unable to arrange a return and without a Christmas present for a close family member.

   I placed an online order which took over a week to arrive. When it did arrive I was shocked with the quality. The charm bracket was thin and like costume jewellery, it was cheap looking, light to feel and looked like it had been spray painted gold. For almost £40 !! Sent back straight away, same day. Within hours. Shame, I have never purchased anything from here before and don't think I ever will again.

   Ordered an item which was damaged the day I used it. Was told I’d be updated on my refund. I’ve had no response for over 10 days. Never complain but feel when you pay a price expecting good quality a faulty item should be handled a lot quicker.

   I purchased an “intricate sterling silver Goth cross necklace” from the DRAE COLLECTION via Wolf & Badger, trusting both the designer description and the platform’s promise of curated, quality pieces. Within a short time, the chain started showing a distinct pinkish discoloration, which is not how genuine sterling silver tarnishes (real silver darkens grey or black). The necklace also has no hallmark or 925 stamp, which should be standard for authentic sterling silver. I emailed customer support twice asking for clarification or a resolution — and I have received no response at all. For a piece that cost £147, I expected quality materials and better customer support. Instead, I’m left with a chain that appears to be silver-plated at best, with no hallmark to back up the “sterling silver” claim, and zero communication from Wolf & Badger. I’m very disappointed and can’t recommend this product or the seller based on my experience.

   I would avoid until Wolf & Badger can sort out their deliveries. It seems the designers themselves manage the deliveries so Wolf & Badger has no control. Although I clearly indicated I had a deadline for an event 5 days later they were unable to meet that deadline or to let me know they could not meet it until it was too late for me to get another dress. The designer was London based! I also realised afterwards I could have also purchased the dress on Selfridges who would have delivered the dress within 1 Business Day.

   Marco served us a couple of wonderful Sauvignon blanc spritzers and was most helpful pleasant and chatty we highly recommend the service and the drinks. The place rocks.
