Sunbird is a fantastic venue. Suitable for all ages. And I’m 74 years. I was sorry to leave The music was great on Boxing Day Definitely will return shortly & mix with some lovely people. Just went because it’s a great venue I did not eat there.

Great little venue for bands. Staff were very friendly and polite. We were there for one day of a mini festival. It was spot on, thank you.

What a great venue! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Good range of drinks and alcohol-free options. Music was awesome (House of ska & Dr Feelgood). Places to sit, or you could stand/dance nearer the band. Loos were clean and I had a kebab after. What more could a venue offer?

Went for a Sunday afternoon session of local musicians at 3pm. Excellent venue. Bands were great. Poor service from the bar. 8 beer/cider taps all empty by 4pm. When the two overworked bar staff managed to get a couple of kegs back on there were no glasses as no one was collecting glasses so plastic glasses all round. The gig was on until 9pm & we left at 5pm. Absolute shambles of a set up - 250 tickets sold at £10 each. For £2500 they should have paid more staff to work. A bar should not run out of beer - do the maths & employ the staff
Had a wonderful Sunday afternoon .watching all the band's .some fabulous Halloween costumes as well. Great effort from all. Thanks guys

A brilliant venue! The recent refurb has taken it to the next level. Would recommend a night out here to anyone who likes live music and lives in the Blackburn/Darwen area
