   My girlfriend bought an (expensive) stone island coat for Christmas. Opened it to find it covered in large moth holes and now falling apart beyond repair. Took over a month to get a (condescending 'this is vintage expect imperfections') response and they wouldn't take a return when prompted. Eventually (this took 2 months) issued a £50 refund but does not cover the costs of repair/damage. Joke.

   I ordered a pair of trainers 4 weeks ago. I still haven’t received them but I’ve been changed £90 and I have no way of getting a refund. Customer service don’t respond and there is no contact number. Do not order from this company. Scam artists

   There isn’t a place to review the actual items on their app, so i thought id do it here, unfortunately cannot include pictures in the reviews section but if I could I would, I purchased the charizard necklace that they sell, it just arrived, its pretty cool but I find the actual post to be misleading, as the image shown shows a pretty high quality piece of jewellery, in person unfortunately the face of the charizard has pretty much no detailing, unlike the picture shown on the website. It kind of just has the face of a lizard. I just find it a shame. As I found many more great streetwear pieces on this site, unfortunately I just can’t see myself buying from them again now since I can’t be sure I’ll get what I’ve seen online. Apart from that it’s a nice piece. Edit: don’t worry I found how to post pictures this is the comparison of what was advertised to what was given, completely different mould face wise

   The company does everything in it's power to prevent you from making a return. Including charging the customer a £4.99 handling fee, which when combined with their non-refundable £5 standard postage means £10 lost on a £40 t-shirt purchase. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE
