This store’s management is extremely poor and unprofessional. I ordered a hot drink from the café and was charged, only to be told after payment that the drink was unavailable and I should choose something else. When I requested a refund, the situation worsened. The staff member serving me was unable to process a refund, and there were already 2 customers waiting over 15 minutes for the same issue. We had to ask for a manager. The manager was rude, arrogant, and completely unhelpful. He even threatened to call security on customers who were simply asking for refunds. This was shocking and unacceptable. After we asked for the senior store manager, his attitude changed and he finally attempted to help. He initially suggested giving us coins despite us having paid by card, which was ridiculous. Eventually, we were given refund receipts and told the money would be returned. It has now been over a week, and I still have not received my refund. Charging customers for items you don’t have and then failing to process refunds properly is unacceptable. The staff and management show a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. Very disappointing. Avoid this store.

Deeply disappointing experience. I was shopping at Arket on Regent Street, just browsing like any regular customer. After trying on a blazer and a red handbag, I decided not to buy them. As I was leaving, a security guard stopped me with a hostile look and questioned me about the bag. His tone and attitude made me feel watched the entire time — as if I was being treated with suspicion rather than respect. It was an extremely uncomfortable and Utterly humiliating experience. I’m not sure if this is part of Arket’s brand culture, but I have never felt so insulted while shopping. I’ve shopped at many luxury brands and have never been treated this way. I won’t be returning!

My experience today was fantastic, great service from the main floor as soon as I walked in, the only downside was the customer in front on me in the line, she was extremely rude with the staff at the till including the manager and went on and on and tried to involve me but the team was great in diffusing the situation. All in all will definitely be coming back. Loved the matcha!

Really like Arket & often purchase in Covent Garden store or online . Was on Regent Street looking for a winter coat & was trying on a few coats. Entitled male floor manager rather asking if I want help continuously walked into my personal space and followed me both upstairs and downstairs until I left. The best way to get a sale is to actually engage with the consumer rather than make the customer feel like they are a bother. The 3 stars went to choice of appreal and Price point . The two stars missing are for the missing service piece that was lacking in my shopping experience on Saturday 11th October.

I had a fantastic experience at Arket on Regent Street. The coffee was absolutely delightful—rich, smooth, and perfectly made. The pastries were equally impressive—fresh, flaky, and delicious, the perfect treat to accompany my coffee. A special mention goes to Flavien, who provided exceptional service. He was welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything was perfect. His warm and professional demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable.

Horrible service. Went there to buy a gift in mens store, and woman doesn’t want to serve me because she was discussing something with her friend and when we with other customers asked could we be served, she just went out of the cashier point to continue talk with her friend. So we had to go to womens floor to get served.

I saw an item on the website, 30% off. Due to post office strikes I decided to go to the regent street store. I find the item, there is a sticker on the item 30% off, and it’s in the sale section. I take the item to the tills, the cashier, ignores the sticker and asks me to pay the full price. I inform him of the sticker and the online price. He replied the sticker is wrong and the website is wrong… So unhelpful and poor customer service. I saved my money, thank you Arket!

Nice store, good vibe. Never knew they sold home stuff which was a nice surprise. Not even super expensive stuff either.

Great Arket store location with a substantial mens section which is good to see. Their homeware goods had some very nice pieces and varied, would love to see more of it and larger section. There was not alot of staff but the few I interacted with were very helpful and nice. There is a nice coffee shop inside too.

Great service, friendly staff and lovely place to shop. Love their coffee bar inside the shopping store. a great shopping store in the middle of the central london and just one minute walk from the Oxford Circus station. We did some shopping and paid twice by mistake for one item. Called and explained them the whole situation over the fone and they were very helpful. The person I spoke, she said come whenever you want to and we will sort it out for you. I went their after good 3/4 days spoke to manager and sort everything out in 10 minutes. They were apologetic and gave a complementary coffee as good gesture. Well impressed by their service and they day the dealt whole thing.
