   This store is a joy to browse and shop in.So colourful and uplifting.Staff members are always welcoming, chatty and above all helpful.My young dog even got an invite and when I took him in you would think it was a royal visit.The store is a real asset to visiting Wimbledon.It’s like a breath of fresh air………….

   I visited the store recently and found two beautiful jewellery boxes, both clearly marked with red sale stickers showing £20.00. I took one to the till, only to be told that the price was incorrect and that the actual price was higher. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was disappointing that the price on the label wasn’t honored or even acknowledged with an apology. As a customer, it’s reasonable to trust the price displayed on a product — especially when the label looks official and matches other items nearby. I left the store without purchasing, feeling a bit let down by the experience. I hope the store improves its pricing accuracy or at least provides clearer communication when such errors occur.

   Cool stuff but a lot of it is very overpriced, particularly the clothes & the furniture. (Worth waiting for the sales!) I bought a nice pair of gold plated earrings and 2 weeks later they haven't broken or turned my ears green, so I'm pleased! I'd buy a lot more of their stuff if the prices reflected the quality though.

   Kicked my friend out for being a little immature, proceeded to give my friend "managerial advice" for talking to the staff about it. And then said your loss when we left when we were going to purchase some items. Nice shop but unfortunately disgraceful customer service.
