   I called when they opened to book an appointment they said that’s fine see you then. I show up to the appointment they’re are packed, and she’s like we can’t see you right now. What’s the point of booking an appointment if you can’t get seen, just say you accept walk in ONLY. Waste of time making the trip out if you don’t have the space to see me when I show up for my appointment time !! Could’ve called back and cancelled my appointment. Some communication is better than no communication

   I went yesterday with sis as where we went before nails had come off and they were bulky that cost 40.00 !! ,so we had too wait an hour but we didn't have an appointment, absolutely amazing service and a lot cheaper and they've done an amazing job so so happy with service, we will start going here from now on , thankyou too you all for sorting our infills and loose nails out absolutely love them and there cut like a coffin

   Came to get holiday nails due to the place I was using cancelled last min was told it would be £38 for them to be done but wasn't expecting them to start lifting a few days after they were done and not even a week after I got them done some even started coming off. I did have to go back not long after I had them due to the guy messing up one of the hearts massively a lot of them are a bit messed up but you can tell they are meant to be a heart. Wouldn't recommend especially if you want them to last a bit longer than a week

   I usually use this place but I went there today nobody was in the shop. Sat down to have my nails done expecting to be 45 minutes to an hour but instead was sat in the shop for 2 hours +. The lady didn't listen to what I asked for after asking for acrylic on both hands and big toes she just painted them the toes. Once she said done I had to tell her again what I asked for in the beginning as I couldn't see what she was doing on my toes as it's under the table. The white nails tips do not match some bigger than others and the toes were so thick and long after saying she would do them short with the acrylic Iv had to get the filed down and thinned out. My big toes was cut where she had filed it so much. One of the staff members came over after about 1hr 50 mins to see what she was doing, I'm guessing even she thought she was taking a long time!! Very poor service.
