    This shop is well staffed and has a small but relevant selection, today Black Friday they had significant discounts. In comparison with other shops nearby you can have a quiet shop here and try without rush. Main issue is some items are in stock only online or in Oxford street.

    I came rushing into this store in a mess and a hurry. AirFrance had lost my luggage and I had some important meetings to attend. I had no time and very little patience for shopping. In my frenzied state, I was glaring around for a staff member and locked eyes (unfortunately for her) with ARI, who was probably thinking "Oh dear, what does this angry woman looking like a drowned rat want from me." I have the pleasure of reporting that Ari was absolutely WONDERFUL. All I had to tell her was, "I need 3 jeans, 3 tops, 3 socks, a pair of shoes and a jacket" and with one look, she was away, recommending the precise fits and complementary cuts, and the right colors to create a makeshift capsule wardrobe. Everything flattered, everything worked. I can't believe I actually started enjoying the process! She has SUCH an innate sense of ESSENTIAL and EFFICIENT style with just a pop of subdued flair, that especially for a busy person, she was the perfect personal stylist! Bonus points for showing me how to style the jacket so I don't look like Hugh Hefner in a bathrobe, and an extra MASSIVE thank you for taking the time and trouble to measure, pin, and cut a pair of jeans that were too long! I think I was in and out within 30 minutes thanks to this magnificent individual! ARI YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER! Dear Mango Management, I hope you check your google reviews, because you're incredibly lucky to have this gem!! With one great hire, you've now made me a Mango fan. May I also point out that your other girls here are lovely as well, and I got a fantastic shoe recommendation from a tall, blonde lady with long hair secured in a low pony tail (apologies for not getting your name!) who's personal recommendation based on the fact she buys a pair of the Mango leather boots every single year, sold me on them. Well done team!

    Today I went to the recently opened Mango shop in Broadgate Central, London. I purchased a pullover. The price on the label was Β£29.99. However, when I paid for it, it came as Β£35.99. I queried it with the assistant, pointing out that in the price on the label of all the pullovers on display was Β£29.99. She told me that they had been wrongly priced. I told that that in the UK, the customer pays what it says on the label; if an item is wrongly priced, the customer should not penalized by the shop’s mistake. Since the payment had already been taken, I asked for a refund. The assistant, who was acting manager today in the absence of the shop manager, told me that it was not possible because the shop had only been open two days ago. I pointed out that this was irrelevant. The shop should be operating efficiently, whether it had been opened for two days or two years. She suggested that I take the pullover to another shop for a refund. I am over 70, with mobility issues, and I do not relish going round busy shops. Throughout this exchange, the assistant was polite and apologetic; however her inexperience and lack of training were noticeable. The fault is not hers, but her employer’s. I left the shop feeling that I have been scammed albeit for a small amount, but that is not what matters, it is the principle of it. I take no pleasure in my purchase and I shall donate the item to a charity shop, so that someone else can enjoy it. I am very disappointed with mango’s customer service and I do not feel incline to buy anything else from this shop.

    Excellent customer service, I needed an outfit for an important meeting and one of the staff when an extra mile to get me the perfect outfit. She was very kind, professional, helpful and patience. The store looked neat, tidy, and clean. I really recommend shopping in this store.

    Went to return items that were bought online. Very efficient and quick, no issues with the return. Very nice shops, browsed around to see what they had. Convenient location with other clothing shops around.

    Really poor knowledge of their own policies, the staff told me she cannot refund my money as it is more than 30 days from the date of online order. She does not even know that the 30 days return period are from the day customer received/picked up goods from the store. I had to dial the Mango customer service and get them to confirm this to the staff in-store (who then also persisted that the customer service personnel from her own company to send her the policy in writing which she is not aware of?!) I would never visit the store again, she wasted my whole lunch hour because of her lack in knowledge! She does not even know that it is against the distance selling policy! Customer needs to have received and seen goods. Though online Mango customer service had been courteous, polite and had apologized for their behalf. My order number is BUQ9EJ which items was picked up from the store on 06 August 2019.

    Saw a nice helpful lady yesterday when I was buying something for a friend (I think she is the manager/supervisor), she gave me advice on hiw to return the item if needed, but has totally been let down but the rude "lady" who served me tiday when I had to get a refund as the item wasnt suitable. Miserable person who shouldn't be working with customers, very huffy body language and attitude. When she asked for the receipt and I didn't catch what she said due to her hurried speech and strong accent, she huffed back, "Receipt receipt!!" I just looked at her, completed the transaction as quick as possible and was out of there. Won't shop there again- at least as long as she is there.
