   Just got back from our holiday to crete had a great 11 night stay at agia marina. Would like to thank all the ladies at waterside travel for helping pick a great apartment and location. Always great advice when we go plus they know I can be a bit awkward but always give us great ideas where to stay and good knowledge of the area we go to will be back soon.

   Very disappointed in Waterside travel you are not even an ABTA member. I booked a holiday with you in confidence the night before I was going to fly. I got an email off easyJet telling me they was going to be light decoration work in the hotel which turned out to be fully blown construction work drilling grinding putting up pergola on veranda’s work men every where dirt concrete dust everywhere. Went through the whole process of complaining to easyJet Waterside travel the hotel then onto ABTA which turned out they’re not even a member of so I cannot claim for any of my holiday which was a complete joke I even offered extra money to change the holiday completely, which she said I could not do, The worst thing was, you save all year round for a lovely holiday. It turned out to be awful. Would not recommend waterside travel at all. I’m sorry spent nearly £2000 on a holiday. Won’t be going there again. And I ended up spending £1000 to eat out for the nine days I was thereI’ll make sure I go to ABTA member Travel agent next time.

   Both the ladies were excellent on an emergency SE Asia trip for 4 adults to see a family member who'd had a medical emergency. Flights and hotel booked with visitor cards which we were unaware of. All options explored with explanations and paperwork given. We all made it there and back with no hitches. It made a horrible reason for travel less horrible with their dedication to us. Massive thanks to their hard work and service. Sorry I can't name them but I'm sure they're the main staff. If I ever travel abroad I'll DEFINITELY book with them and recommend them to anyone for any crisis trip or holiday

   One assumes you have to have a terrible attitude and be really rude to work here. Shame really qs i prefer to put my money towards little agents like this but i wont ever be at this one. 3 times i have been in to enquire and possible book and always got snotty woman! Maybes there is some nice people that work here too but i havent met them.

   It’s been a very long time since we’ve used a travel agent but have to say Lisa and team at Waterside Travel have given us excellent service on our forthcoming trip. Boarding passes printed out for us, details of necessary Covid documents required and even a phone call to let us know of changes to predeparture testing. 5* service, much appreciated thanks!

   Exceptional customer service, cannot recommend them highly enough. Like so many people we had our holiday cancelled during the pandemic but while many struggled to get refunds Waterside dealt with it all for us and we got back every penny. We even got back the non-refundable airport hotel stay and transfers. Wouldn't hesitate to book with them again, they make everything so easy and the staff really know their stuff.
