   Just booked a holiday with Hays Travel for the second time. I always find the Staff freindly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. This time we onlly knew we wanted to go to one of the Greek Islands. Eve served us this time and found us a fabulous hotel in Kardemena, Kos, which was very reasonably priced. Always happy with the service at the Hyde Branch.

   Can honestly say I've never seen such incompatence in all my life went in for help searching for a holiday last minute after looking through a few that the girl found and me searching for myself while sat infront of her because she seemed un interested in helping i eventually chose one then was told I had to pay first so I did nearly a thousand pounds was then told after paying the holiday was unavailable so she decided to try searched again and was being told all the other holidays were 3 to 4 hundred pounds more expensive I was then told I can have a refund but will take around 7 days honestly I couldn't believe it please don't go in this shop to book your holiday or to ask for help both are none existent

   Great team at the Hyde Branch. Booked my holiday with Helen and she was super helpful. Suggested places to go and stayed within our price range. Kathleen was also very helpful when I opened a travel money card and gave me loads of info on using it.

   Was not happy with the service I recieved customer service matters I expected to be offered more than 2 hotels to choose from having called in twice I got the impression they thought I was a time waster which I am not I wanted to support my local travel agent as I have done in the past So I booked direct with jet2 and was given great service nothing was to much trouble I now have a 5 star holiday booked in October 2023
