All the staff at tui are so supportive especially with my needs i cannot fault them really friendly. I will tell everyone i know about TUI and tell them my experience with them
Mehnaz booked my holiday for the second time, she's been very lovely and chatty. She made me relax and we had a laugh, I only went in to check on a holiday but finished up booking it with her, she answered ever question I asked she is a lovely lady.

I was having trouble today getting my e-ticket and had to gp to my nearest tui branch. I was dealt with Zerma who was fantastic ! She helped me keep calm and with all the paper work .she made me feel at ease. Thank you so much bernadette wilmot :)
My partner and I went into the Oldham shop to book our honeymoon. We didn’t know where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do. Sam was extremely helpful and came up with an amazing honeymoon. The service we received was outstanding and we are very appreciative for organising our special holiday.
Sam at the oldham branch was excellent, she was helpful, knowledgeable and even took time out along with other staff members to entertain a bored toddler. Definitely recommend the store, what a wonderful experience.

We’ve booked two holidays through TUI, normally I like to just book flights etc online but I’ve been really impressed with the knowledge on hand, we were looking to book direct for our next holiday, and couldn’t find the dates/room type we wanted. We were passing and thought we’d pop in, very short wait on a Saturday, and more import…not too sure how we we managed to book the dates we wanted and the upgraded room type we wanted, really happy with this as there was no allocation through booking direct or online, in store really has its benefits. 100% going back for travel money and our next holiday booking.
