Really helpful and amazing customer service! They are excellent at assisting and making sure everything is perfect. Truly the best Umrah service in Manchester. I was let down by Bukhari Travels just one day before my travel — they couldn’t get my visa due to a company issue and had kept my passport for 10 days. Our flight was on Friday morning, and they only informed us on Thursday evening that they couldn’t process the visa. Thankfully, I contacted Global Travel, and they were absolutely brilliant! They applied for our Umrah visas on Pakistani passports around 7 o’clock, and by 10 o’clock we had received them. We managed to get everything sorted just in time because of them. Highly recommended!
I travelled with Global Travel for hajj 2025 and had an amazing journey cannot even described with my words . They delivered more than what they promised our hajj package, traveling, accommodation both Makkah and Madina Walking distance, our camps Mina And Arafat Air-conditioned with sofa beds , food was so good 3 meals a day everything was spot on nothing i can complain about . Excellent personal service, kept us informed throughout our visa application and travel we required a consent form before approval and was due to fly tomorrow.
