   I had a terrible experience with Zagros Travel in Manchester. Their prices are much higher compared to other travel agencies, and their staff is completely unprofessional and rude. My wife called them to ask a simple question about a flight before making a booking, but instead of helping, the lady on the phone rudely ignored her and then hung up. It was shocking to see such poor customer service. On top of that, we checked the same flight online ourselves at the same time, and their price was much higher. It feels like they just overcharge customers without offering any real value. I would not recommend them at all!

   I don’t really like to leave a negative review or comment for any companies or businesses ! Especially if they’re a new and at least they’re honest . I think Zagros Travel agency is not organised nor professional especially if you’re applying for the visas . As their commission’s fees are very high . I suggest that you check out & try some other companies before you submit your application.
