Very bad people. I'm a poor old lady. I use a walking stick. I'm very vulnerable. They made me come inside there agency and took my passport and card and booked my ticket. I was forced to to go Romania. Everyone over there tried to drink my old wrinkly sour blood.
Usually i dont give out reviews but this place is so shameful I had to make one. Shied is a person within the agency that set this up. Absolute biggist rip off. Made a whole family package deal. 3 sets of families. A total estimate of 15k given to this company. They took this money promised us 2, 5 star rated hotels with names. As soon as we got there our hotels got changed to bad cheap ones. Spoke with one of the managers at Saudi. They told us the agency called them up asking for a change of hotels and picked the cheapest options. Company really is last option. Can never be the first choice on a list. Nothing was delivered. He ignored all our calls and texts during our visit. We had bed issues in our rooms. There wasn't enough beds in a room. This bro shied made it so horrible that he made sure we slept in a tight room. Bro really organised this whole set up with no shame and a smile on his face. Guy really said he fears no one. There was absolutely no money given back. We basically payed for a 1 star rated hotel for the cost of a 5 star hotel. Stay away from this corrupt of a agency if you value your time and money. Hit this donnie up called shied if you want the same experience.
Package is not good got scammed paid for a 5star hotel and ended up in a cheap hotel tried contacting the agency and no reply back arrived at airport and got no driver. this agency is a SCAM!! don't book umrah from here astagfirullah these people are scamming people going on umrah never got a refund wouldn't recommend worst travel agency now I see why its called last option arrived at the bad hotel it was so unhygienic there was bedbugs everywhere wouldn't even let my cat stay here.
