   Having contacted Kylie in advance to get a quote for my hair. I explained I’d like half a head of highlights. For long thick hair. Kylie said this will be £90. Upon arriving. She looked at my hair and the dramatic that she was she then says I didn’t realise your hair was gonna be this thick. So before we begin it’ll be £120 without toner. OMG at this point. How do you quantify long thick hair I was thinking. And for no toner. I have never got my hair done where there’s a separate charge for toner. I said I won’t be paying for toner. However she felt I needed some at the top of my head so she used a little at the top. Seeing as hair by chrissy is everywhere. I feel it’s important to give a transparent experience. Kylie took full advantage of me as a new customer. And definitely won’t be going again, my hair was left a mess. With no toner in many places. Having checked with others since I was told for half a head it’s £80. The other thing is most salons don’t keep a price list so they can deceive their customers even further. By just making up a price as they go along. I definitely won’t be going to Kylie again. And I do believe after my experience. She will say I’d like to see the hair first before I can give you a quote. Again be careful. The charge for half a head of highlights with toner is £80. Not £120 without toner. Good bye Kylie. I won’t be using your services again.

   Had a lovely experience while visiting salon 116 today Kylie was friendly but professional throughout I had previously been for a consultation which made me realise the that Kylie really cared about the condition of her clients hair i will definitely be back definitely would recommend ☺️ !

   I first saw Kyli at 116 just after the pandemic when she made a wonderful job of hair that hadn't been touched, (apart from a very wonky fringe) for 2 years. I've been going regularly ever since, and she has looked after my hair beautifully! A recent restyle was one of the best haircuts I've ever had and it's done wonders for my confidence!
