   Had my nails done this week, they were average. However the owners kids running in and out screaming was a very off putting experience, especially when spending money for a service and getting a babysitter for your own child, you don't expect to then be sat in a creche, absolute chaos and owners didnt seem to be phased and had zero control over their children.

   My friend and I visited this shop yesterday and we both had our nails done. The owners seemed pleasant enough, although they spent the majority of the time speaking in their own tongue,which I found rude, and telling off their son, who I am pretty sure legally shouldn't be in there. Apart from the little nicks on my cuticles, which they didn't even bother to say sorry for or try wipe the blood, I was satisfied with my nails. But when me and my friend arrived home, we noticed some of our nails wasn't straight. And so today I revisited the shop just to see if they could re do the nails that were crooked. I entered the shop and explained and I was just met with hostility and no accountability. They tried to suggest it was the angle to which I was looking at the nails and even when I pointed out then if that was the case, how come others looked straight. Realising I wasn't going to get anywhere I then left the store. Perhaps instead of focusing on their son, and focused on me and friends nails, they would have done a better job. Shame really,because if they had rectified their mistakes I would have continued to have used their services and recommended their services to others, instead I shall be advising to steer clear,all for the replacement of 3 nails.
