   I brought several hats only to find when I got home one of the ones that the assistant went to get from the back was the wrong product a much cheaper one and she charged me too much. You can't easily contact the store as they don't answer the phone and you can't find a head office number online

   I enter the store and there was a tag with 40% off when I went to the cashier to pay the saleswoman removed the tag in front of me and said that one was not on sale. I didn't buy it and I won't be going back to the store again. Disappointed !

   Really unhappy with the store went in to complain about a top that I purchase due to its shrinking after its first wash. Although I was trying to explain my situation I didn’t feel that the area manager was listening to me as he constantly talked over me. He also informed me that there is no point of me leaving the item with him to send to head office as he knew the outcome would be nothing to being done about it. Seriously disappointed, let’s see what the actual company have to say about this as I have also written to them as this is unacceptable. £110 for a talk to all all the once Is diabolical.
