   Went to Primark Bromley today, nice store full of merchandise, plenty of choice, purchased some jogging bottoms. However when I went to the fitting rooms there were two signs one saying Women Only the other saying Any Gender. So females can use the mens fitting rooms yet men can't use the women's fitting rooms, I seem to remember that women were screaming out for equality, that now seems to have all but disappeared. Make ALL fitting rooms gender neutral is the obvious answer.

   I emailed yesterday because my order was not ready to collect, despite the confirmation stating it would be available on Saturday 15th November. I went into the Bromley store at 3pm, where I was told that although the orders had arrived, staff had not sorted them out yet, and I should come back another day. Today, I received another email saying my order is now ready to collect, but that I only have 5 days to do so. This is incorrect and unfair. Your policy clearly states that customers have 6 days, and I should not lose collection days because the store failed to prepare my order on the original collection date. I urgently needed this order, and due to work commitments I cannot get to the store during the week. The earliest I can collect is Saturday 22nd November. I am extremely frustrated by the situation. Staff in the Bromley store were standing around talking, with no one at the collection desk, and customers had to buzz and wait for assistance. My order was in the store on the original day — it simply had not been sorted. This is not my fault, yet I am being penalised. My order total is over £100, and I do not expect it to be returned because of store staff delays.

   There is no privacy or protection in the fitting (changing) area while using the fitting room, privacy and dignity were not respected. The staff and manager were not cooperative when costumer reported the issue. They did not understand or respect women’s privacy and dignity. When customers ask for help, the staff ignore them and do not speak properly. There is no proper system to protect customers’ privacy in the fitting rooms. Customer felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I would not recommend this Primark store to anyone. I hope the management will take this complaint seriously and make changes to protect customers in the future.

   I approach the security guard Norbert by the main door to ask for help as I lost my iPhone 15 when I got dropped off by my partner- this very kind and human security guard let me use his mobile phone to call mine and try to locate it. ( My partner had it with him as I left it in the car)What a star and great example of human kindness. Thank you so much!

   Always shop here for my daughter with everything she needs. Sometimes the shop is a bit messy but I always see staff trying to keep things tidy when they can. They obviously can not control every single customer that messes up the displays. Staff have always been friendly and helpful.

   The only problem was the most slow queue before paying too slow. They should invest in training more staff to fulfill the clients demand. Very clean and organised shopping compared to others Primark.

   Primark sells the same clothes in all it's stores so it's really only the staff that can really make a difference. At the Bromley branch I was welcomed and helped to find the clothes I was looking for. Service at the cash desks was fun and friendly. This store has lots of light and space, it doesn't feel busy even when there are lots of people in store (Saturday in December). I took the kids with me and we had a great time.

   In Primark Bromley this morning. I recently had ankle surgery and am using crutches to mobilise. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Staff on the second floor tills and the ladies in the coffee shop., brilliant customer service. Thank you it’s much appreciated.
