Today I visited Croydon Trespass to get a pair of waterproof shoes for my upcoming trip.I met this amazing staff Reka who was so kind and helpful right from the moment I seeked her help. She was so knowledgeable in finding me all the right things for the trip. I purchased a lot more than just a pair of shoes.She was so patient, friendly which nowadays you seldom get to see in stores. Absolutely fantastic customer service skills. Kudos to Reka and I would highly recommend this store for some budget friendly gears.
Excellent customer service! Phoned in the morning and my parcel was still in the warehouse. Staff sourced my item in store and kept it behind the till for me to pick up. Thank you!
I came early on Saturday morning today 04/01/2024 from North London (1,5 hours travelling time) as there was written 9am opening in Google and also in Trespass website ... It's 10:06 now and it isn't open yet. Such a waste of time! Thank you Trespass to waste people's time. I won't come back anymore.
My sister bought a few items from Trespass Croydon recently when she was visiting from overseas. She even went back there for a second time to buy more items. Wide range of items available in this store. Definitely highly recommended. If you are a repeat customer, at times, they will even offer you further discount.
I visit trespass regularly and am always greeted by very helpful polite staff Ian is the young man that helped me this time.
Trespass Well Stocked, great experience, friendly staff, new jacket a fantastic shop thank you so much ... As for Bankrupt Croydon council you should have been spending the lovely people of Croydon's money wisely. Parking is offley expensive too boot it's hard to find some people's logic.
I visited the Croydon branch of Trespass today (02.11.22), where I found the staff to be very helpful, Sherry Gardener and Ian H in particular. They both showed a genuine interest in what I needed and offered incredibly useful and thoughtful assistance. They clearly know their store, its contents, and how to get the best for their customers. I exited the shop having bought everything I had wanted to get and something else as well. Great customer service and I would visit again on account of the wonderful assistance I received today. Good quality items, not too pricey, friendly and insightful customer service.
THE place to go in Croydon for all of one’s outdoor, festival or camping/staycation needs. Qikpacs (pack away macs), DLX (their premium range) & hiking shoes/boots all highly recommended. The staff really know their stuff, especially Ian, Tiona & Josh.
Trespass has a great selection of clothes for camping, keeping warm and hiking shoes. At the front of the store, they have antibacterial gel and tissue for your use. Overall nice store and products for everyone
