   £45 for a set of nails French tip. A older lady put the nails on to much glue still clumped under my nails, another girl asked me what shape I wanted I kept saying coffin she was filing them squared I said again angled into a coffin with sharpe straight tip she kept laughing then filing still looking like a square I said again (politely) more shaped to a coffin please she laughed and carried on filing. The shape wasn’t looking so much square so I said ok. Tip colour was wonky on some nails also. Glue clumps under some nails and round the edges. Not worth £45 I won’t be going back.

   Not Recommended. Used to use these regularly and had no problem. Asked for white tips priced £25. As the tips were being cut I was told it would be £35 because I wanted what I didn't think was that long. She said that for a bit shorter it would be £30. I found the whole thing a rip off £10 more for a centimeter and a half difference? Never had this before and it is not as if they reuse the tips. No mention of the 3 nails that she threw away because they did not stick. The young girl took over and totally changed the shape from sqoval to oval and rushed through it leaving rough edges. Would I use them again? NO

   Honestly the worst place I have ever been too!!! Lumpy acrylic looking like I’ve got I’ve got a bubble on fingers. Asked for black polish came out into the day light and it was dark navy blue!!! The man was filing my skin around my nail not even filing my nails!!! Also one last thing you have the pay before you get the treatment done which we was over charged massively!! Just don’t go

   I've used this nail bar for many years and recommend to many. I like the pedicure using a massaging seat ,bliss!! Since covid they only offer shellac polish but this lasts very well. Don't always need an appointment.

   Had to give 1 star Booked the wife in to have her nails done. Possibly the worst she's ever had done there were small bubbles in the gels. Done on sat evening by Monday chipped and coming off by don't waste your money

   Worst nail shop I’ve ever been to with the rudest staff I’ve ever came across, the customer service is appalling. Had more than one problem with them, the first being when I requested for my nails to be filed properly, because the way they looked was just not acceptable, I shouldn’t have to ask for my nails to be filed it, let alone get shouted at for asking for them to be filed. The nail varnish looked as if my little sister had painted them, all the nails were left being different shapes. I then had nails just breaking and coming off within days, I get my nails done all the time and they last me atleast 4 weeks these didn’t even last me 4 days! I then rang the shop and told them they was extremely rude and refused to do anything about and then hung up. Wouldn’t waste your money going here as they clearly can’t do nails, the shop shouldn’t even be open.
