   the man who works there, your really good at what you do. the woman on the other hand, she is so rough! never have i had so many cuts on my hands! The constant dirty looks and pulling my hand and wrist. The nails are so uneven and wonky. i gave this nail shop the benefit of the doubt as i have had to go back before to get things corrected but surely it should be good standard first time? Safe to say i deffo will not be returning. Your very rude with your clients and its quiet shocking.

   Really good nail salon, staff are really friendly they take there time and so affordable. I've been to many nail shops and this is the best one. I showed them what I wanted and I got just that. And my mom got hers done as well and she is really pleased

   First and last time I will go to this nail shop. Genuinely felt like I was being tortured for 45 mins. When filing my nails with the electric drill they kept pressing down so hard it was burning and then filed all the skin around my nails and cuticles to the point 4 of my fingers were bleeding. They have filed my nails down that short they were filing the bottom on my finger. All the gel is stuck to my skin, very uneven on the nails and the white French tips are atrocious. If it wasn’t for the fact that I go away tomorrow and wouldn’t have had time to go anywhere else I would have walked out. Had to come home and try and sort them out the best I can. A untrained person would have done a better job. Would definitely not recommend.

   Decided to try this nail shop and will never go back again! I asked for simple short square nails and they couldn’t deliver that. The lady applied the acrylic and filed my nails bent. I asked them to correct it and they had an attitude and continued to file it the dark way whilst being extra rough. In the end they removed them without trying to fix my nails. I do not recommend at all.

   Took my daughter to get a new set of nails never again.... she told em the nails didn't fit her fingers they changed them when they had finished the nails still didn't fit her fingers and the paint work was lumpy. ... told him we wasn't happy so asked for a refund and for the nails to be took off PLEASE BEAWARE!!!!!!!

   Went for my first pedicure as a birthday present, never again! Didn't think I had sensitive skin but as you can see from the pictures, he rubbed so hard he cut my big toe, bottom of my foot and my heel. Nails themselves looked good but not worth the pain. He did apologise but put me off pedicures for life.

   Me and my friend had our nails done, as it's a family run business between the son and his parents. Son was very rude and very intimidating and did not have good customer service at all!! He made a few cheeky comments when me and my friend was asking about the nails. He also carried on talking in his own language (chinese) with other staff in the shop and made us feel really uncomfortable. I wouldn't got back!!! Was not happy with the service.

   I've been coming here for ages and today is the last time. It was busy so they rushed my nails. My nails are just an overlay. It's not hard, same everyone. Acrylic overlay, colour, done. They're thick, really fake looking and the colours touched my cuticle so they look messy and unkempt. I asked them to take the length down and they did, but way too much. I had to tell her twice to make them thinner and that there was bits in the nail polish before they cured it. They've also caught my cuticles and I left bleeding. It's a shame. I won't be going there again, even if it was free. So disappointed.
