Staff go above and beyond! Needed to replace an item which had got wrecked after following wash instructions. Hoped they might recommend a re-waterproofing service we could use or place to go at most. Staff were so kind going so far, found the equivalent colour + size, processed replacement and recommend products to use on it next time. Such caring service. All very knowledgeable when purchasing in the first place too. Highly recommended.
Above and beyond. The team asked me what we were doing and tailored the experience to our needs. They were fantastic and advised on products to actually save money rather than up selling for the sake of it. Very impressed and I'll go back for all outdoor needs.
I returned an online order over 2 weeks ago as the item was faulty and still haven't received my refund. No response from online queries either. Will now have to travel back to the store which is extremely inconvenient, as not sure what to do next

Poor attitude when asked why they were shut at 17:45. I was told that staff want to go home at 6pm and they needed to cash up! I travelled an hour after work to get here!
Good quality products as we all know it. This branch top it all with their great service. Staff weren't pushy or on our face like many shops. We were given some space to browse, yet when asked to be at our service, they are always on standby to help, with gracious attitude. Still very pleasant despite needing their help many times LOL. Well done to the lovely gentleman and trespass for having you
