   Terrible service, very rude staff. I mentioned that I didn’t love the colour. The male smacked the side, spoke in a different language, and walked out of the shop. It was very unprofessional, and I paid £40 for this simple nail service.

   I came in today. Had two students working on me (which I didn’t know until after) the first woman cut my nail far too short and I asked for coffin my nails look more square than coffin. Then I asked for a simple design my nails came out looking nothing like the photo I showed them. And got told “it’s because your nails are short” I didn’t ask for them that short and to be charged £35 for something that is nothing like I asked for. Come out with multiple cuts from the filing, nail varnish and acrylic all over my skin and hands, unhappy with this service. Attached photos of what I asked for and what I got.

   So I went to this salon twice. Did a pedicure with gel finish. They charged me £30. Went back there a month later with the same colour on my toes. I had gel left on 5 toes. So I sit in the chair to get my treatment. I’m not new to pedicure treatment so I expected no surprises. When I’m finish the lady says £40 this time! I said you charged me £30 the last time!? She said no you paid £35, I said no! I know how much I paid. The thing is if they raise the price say so but don’t speak to people as if they’re stupid. I know how much money I paid. Either way I would’ve expected to atleast pay £35 but £40? Never have a I paid £40 for a pedicure in a high street salon. Then to put the icing on the cake. I went to ROYAL NAILS which is literally around the corner in Rowley Regis high street and they charged ME £35 for a REMOVAL OF 10 toes and gel pedicure and it was a better much more thorough treatment. I’m not saying this just because. California nails the lady forgot to cream my feet and do my massage. I would never go back there. The thing is people are willing to go and pay for their treatment. They don’t need to over charge people and trick people. I hate that. The only reason I went back the second time is because I was very happy with the filing after the first treatment. Funny part is they didn’t even do that much of a good job the second time to justify the £40. Ridiculous! Just go to Royal nails, the staff is much more pleasant and they speak to you nicer.

   Arrived there and the nail station was filthy. There were other people's cut nails just sitting there so the girl used the brush to brush my nails and also throw away the nails. After 3 days all my nail varnish was chipped. Also, she charged me £25 instead of £20 which she usually charges my friend. Will not be going bavk. Waste of time.

   Will not go again... nails wonky.. had to ask several times to put right.. showed picture of what I wanted.. then got told afterwards it was too late to do as I never asked for the right thing... if I'm paying for something I expect it to be done right... and as for talking about me in there own language is a disgrace..

   Well what can I say! I have my own nails and felt like having them painted with shellac nail vanish. I had them done last week on the Wednesday. The day after I started having pain in my thumb and it started swelling.cut a long story short I ended up Saturday at Russell Hall hospital. I had an infection due to dirty tools and had to have a hole burnt through my nail to release the pus that was under my nail and now I am going to loose my nail. .I have sent a message to the salon but not had a reply.i intend to go for compensation.

   Went to get my nails done yesterday, customer service was amazing they were all lovely and looked like they took there time to ensure quality acrylics. But my 1 nail just snapped in half, and usually I feel pain but I didn’t even realise it happened. Then I just peeled it off like nail polish. The rest of my nails are absolutely perfect and I definitely would go here again.
