   From the moment we arrived, our pilgrimage to Italy was nothing short of perfect! The staff at each of the resorts that we visited, Rome, Assisi, San Giovanni and Naples were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The locations were ideal with stunning views every evening. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could need. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable. The on-site restaurants offered an incredible variety of dishes, and every meal was a delight. Each guide we had the pleasure of meeting had extensive knowledge, they were always available to assist with any questions and were genuinely friendly, making us feel extremely comfortable and their enthusiasm radiated ensuring that our visit was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Northern Star Travel to anyone looking for a professional company to organise a perfect trip. Adrian went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the best of the best and we will definitely be returning to book another trip very soon!

   Absolutely terrible service!! Been trying to book a trip to Medjugorje for my grandma the past month. Asked to send some documents to provide for visa, being waiting for a whole week now. No one answers the phone, no reply to emails. No accountability whatsoever! Not recommended at all!

   Excellent pilgrimage to Lourdes with Northern Star. I've travelled a few times with them now and they're always good experiences. Well organised, nice hotels/food and friendly/knowledgeable couriers. Would travel with them again.

   I have travelled with Northern Star Company with a group of over 30 passengers...I truly recommend this Company for their services and easy understanding of ‘how things work’. I have taken groups to Lourdes with other Companies but this Firm is the Best. We have recently returned from the Holy Land ...we all had an amazing Pilgrimage, visiting Jerusalem Bethlehem, Nazareth, Jericho and many more beautiful places. Well done Northern Star
