Beautiful nails by Billy. He was so gentle and super professional! Had a lovely chat throughout the appointment. Everyone is very friendly and will never turn anybody away. I’m very happy with my nails and will definitely return.
My worst nail experience. The staff were so rude. The woman just stared at me whilst the man did my nails. He was clearly rushing and didn’t even make my nails the same length/size and he spent most of his time staring at the clock. The worst set I’ve had. They’re bumpy and all different sizes. My index finger nail is the same as my pinkie nail. He spoke to me maybe three times in the 30 minutes I was in there. I left and booked an appointment at another shop to fix the mess he made. Don’t waste your money!
I went today to have French tips done. To be made to feel so uncomfortable… the woman didn’t know what she was doing… and I was spoken to very rudely for moving I have ADHD and struggle to sit still witch I have made very clear from the start… when they had finished my nails it was not how I asked for them to be and it was not how i showed them… I won’t be using this company again…. I never had a problem with Hollywood nails but today has seem to be bad experience…
I popped in today having not had my nails done since before the first lockdown. Lisa was so friendly and has done a brilliant job- exactly what I wanted. I’m really pleased and will be going back for infills in a few weeks. Definitely recommend.
I really enjoy having my nails and pedicure done with Lisa and Michael. Extremely professional service, a very large selection of colours and choices of how you would like your nails done. From plain to the most extravagant decorations there is something for everyone. A warm welcome is offered to all and highly recommend to everyone.
My fortnightly visit to Hollywood Nails is something to look forward to. I always book my appointment and never have to wait. Lisa has done my nails for some years now and on the rare occasions I have had to use other salons (work commitments etc), I have always compared their work to Lisa’s. She gives everyone a bespoke service, patient, gentle and an expert in her field; I am known for always having beautiful nails. Michael is a pleasure to see also and injects personality into the salon. I cannot recommend enough.
Amazing, very friendly, passionate and hard-working nail-artists. It is my third year coming to this place - even though I do no live near Droitwich- and I can't stress enough how happy I am with Lisa and Michael, there is no place like this one: nails are well-treated, immaculate polish that lasts at least 3 weeks (and I really mistreat my hands); and you can bring any crazy design and they will do their best! You are wonderful guys!
