Did shopping for my wife, all good, delivery on time, merchandise were top quality stitching was up to the mark as described. In short no complaints will do business again.

I love this website and everything that comes with it. I have used it many times and it is my go to for any event. All of the best designers are there, showing their best clothes and the stitching is always done with utmost preciseness. I've used it for weddings, birthdays, dolkhis e.t.c. The people are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have- and there are a lot of them! The packaging, although maybe not so relevant, is also beautiful and just adds to the excitement of receiving a parcel from ICGlamour. This business really has impressed me and I would recommend it to everyone.
Rubbish customer service and stitching quality. I ordered two designer suits from this website. The stitching quality was extremely poor. One of the suits, a MariaB lawn suit, came with beautiful embroidered butterfly swarovski bottons. When the suit was delivered not only cheap alternatives were used but the neckline was also uneven. One side was stitched higher than the other. The other lawn suit came with embellished organza patches that had to be embroidered on the suit. The embroidery was so badly ironed that the suit was a nightmare to wear. The thread of the embroidery used to attach the patch to the suit was badly burnt which made the suit intolerable to wear especially in the summer. Apart from this, the measurements were all messed up. Both the trouser lengths were a good 4-5 inches shorter than given. When I contacted icglamour about the problem, they did nothing about it. They replied initially that their office is closed due to Eid and they will get back to me once it opens. After waiting for sometime when I didn't hear from them again I messaged them again and after that no reply. My complain was completely ignored. The suits on this website are also way overpriced. Buying them directly from the designer's website and getting them stitched from a local tailor seems like a better choice. Not only would it cost less, I am sure the stitching quality would be better. The only reason why I ordered from them was I was on bed rest and it was more convininet for me to order a stitched suit online. It ended up creating more hassle and inconvinience. Highly disappointed. I would not recommend it to anyone.
