I have booked a few times with Dial A Flight. Matthew Price has always been helpful and accommodating. He even kept in touch with me whilst I was stucked Overseas due to a local airline problem, nothing to do with Dial a Flight.. At times when he was not around I spoke to other staff and they were all polite and eager to help. I recommend them anytime.
I have booked a couple of holidays through this company and you always get a good deal. Niall has been brilliant with me and so patient. They are my default company. I was a bit worried about a couple of things going to NY but he is ace. No messing about, you know where you are with him. Looking forward to our trip to NY for my 60th and my daughters 30th. Love this company, everything so smooth and you can pay in installments for your flights. You have a personal advisor that you contact for any queries and payments which I like as I know who I'm talking too. We've taken out flights and car hire and nothing was too much trouble, you can download the app and keep an eye on your account at any time. Will be using again, thanks guys

After two years of booking, rebooking and amending, we finally got away on a fantastic Big Holiday with my elderly parents, husband and teenagers. I have used Dial a Flight for over 20 years. As a whole the flights and car hire have been good. We always used them as they always promise good customer service and assistance when needed. This year we needed it. This resulted in me continuously calling them when the promise of a returned call never appeared. Currently not sure if our cancelled flight and car hire is being refunded which is delaying our insurance payment. I can honestly say that Dial a Flight will not be our first option for booking our flights.
