   Arrived at 9am and was seen straight away. Gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Went back a few weeks later for school shoes and again staff were very helpful. Unfortunately we arrived at the time of a delivery and the front of the shop was crowded with boxes and not much space to stand. Female staff member who I assume was the owner was friendly to me but towards the staff seemed very cold and blunt. Young staff were working their socks off to help.
