   Very disappointed with a store manager behaviour in Enfield town. Went to collect my parcel and received very unhelpful and unprofessional behavior from colleague who didn't want to give me his name. Never ever will chose this store to be my collecting point again. Never get my parcel had to ask Nike to refund me a place new order for delivery home. Will never walk to this store again.

   Great customer service. Both members of staff were very friendly and helped me select items for my first camping trip. When I assumed an item was out of stock because I couldnt find it, the guy said he would check and voila he found it. The female assistant was knowledgeable on the stove I purchased and even show me how to insert the gas canisters and use the item. Thank you both

   Spotted a dress I liked, staff member Emma was very friendly and helpful when I was trying it on. Offered to order it in my size which arrived this morning less than 24 hours from wandering into the shop! I never knew Millets sold dresses; sensible length for a shorter person, comfortable cotton jersey in an attractive design.

   Saw some walking trainers on sale in the morning. Forgot to go back then so popped back around 4'ish with a friend. Got the shoes from the front then went upstairs to try on. No member of staff upstairs so when we wanted the other shoe I called out to the worker downstairs who sent someone to help us. My friend also bought the same shoes as we both like walking. We also bought socks and a hat in the sale. Staff are friendly and we were delighted with our purchases. Never bought anything in there before but would if needed and in the sale.

   Called in as I was interested in some walking boots. Choose a pair that were in the sale and that they had in my size, the sales assistant did not mention anything about the price might be different from the sale price indicated. Went to pay for them but was told they were double the price that I had seen marked up for. Left without them. Checked their website and the same boots were offered at the sale price but only available in a size 11. I appreciate mistakes happen but the attitude of the person left a lot to be desired. Apparently it was all my fault.... for picking up a pair of boots that might have been priced incorrectly

   Went there on the afternoon of 07/06/2022 to buy a new pair of hiking boots, I could count 3 members of staff on a space no bigger then my living room and no other customers in the store, not one person came to offer help, and after I chose a model I wanted to try I had to go and ask for someone to bring my size for me to try, after a couple of seconds the guy told me he did not have my size 9UK, then I choose a different model and again after 2 seconds behind a door he said he didn't have my size, then as I really needed some new boots I choose yet a third model, the guy this time didn't even bother to get off his phone just told me they didn't have any models on size 9 available even know the display model I had on my hands was a size 9, I gave up and just walked out. Very poor service, I wanted to support a local shop but I guess I can't help them if they don't help themselves, I am sure I am never going back to this shop again.

   Staff are absolutely amazing, brilliant if you want a jacket, tent, trousers, maps or sleeping bag. Their other stocks however are almost nonexistent, which is to be expected as it's only a tiny store. I haven't tried their online order service but will so I get what I went in for.

   The store itself is fine. Quite small but well stocked and a good range of items. I was able to find nearly everything I was looking for. However, the customer service was shocking. Store was quiet and I was upstairs looking at camping equipment and one staff member was upstairs with me pretending to tie shoe laces to kill time/keep an eye on me. Not once did she acknowledge my presence or ask if I needed any help. Terrible! I know it was a Sunday afternoon and sure no-one wants to work on a Sunday but please, do your job and assist me. Safe to say I won't be visiting again.
