   I have been really disappointed with the service here. I got acrylics with gems for my holiday, they cost around 35 pounds (an extra 5 for the gems). The next day, all of the gems started coming off, and by the time I’d even got on holiday they had all come off and there were glue marks on each nail. I messaged on instagram privately about the matter, and proceded to get ignored twice. I was not rude or unkind, but it’s given me no choice but to leave a bad review to make people aware that this happens and you likely won’t get any support from the company.

   Book my daughter into have acrylics and art, the lady messaged and said it would be £35. I drop my daughter off and I get a message from her 5 minutes after saying they want £47. £47 for a acrylics and alittle but of design on is ridiculous. I told her not to have them done, to which the lady in the shop to shout at my 13 year old daughter that your mum has it wrong. They took 7 acrylics off that she already had on and charge £10. Absolutely horrendous Customer service and making my daughter feel very uncomfortable.

   First set of nails were okay but they didn't start my nails until at least half an hour after my appointment time. The second set of nails are attached and well...you can see for yourself, messy and rushed. Not worth the money and I won't be going back
