   Booked a holiday today with Luke who was really helpful and very chatty and we exchanged stories on holiday destinations and also gave us recommendations on excursions and trips while we were over there. It felt much better than booking online and the price seemed slightly better. Alice was also helpful and informed us about the discounts available. I would recommend booking in store for a better experience.

   We said yes to the cruise today with the lovely Chloe and Luke who were amazing with myself, husband, brother and sister in law and was very informative and thorough and left no stone un-turned. I am so looking forward to going on my first Cruise touring the Greek Islands with Tui, the whole team there are amazing and finished our visit with a photo shoot taken by the lovely Laura of us posing and shouting out "We said yes to the Cruise". Amazing experience and would recommend anyone looking for a get away then Tui is the place where nothing is too much trouble for them and only at the end of the line if you need any further advise. Thank you Chloe, Luke and Laura for the lovely warm welcome as we stepped through the doors. XXX

   Where to start ? 4 weeks before travelling on our holiday we discovered we were no longer able to travel for medical reasons in a blind panic we went in store and dealt with Jim and Charley and there’s not enough words to describe how brilliant they both were. They moved mountains to help us resolve our issue and we’ve come away with a rearranged holiday at no extra cost. I can’t praise all of the staff at this store enough. We’ve used TUI for our last 4 holidays and this experience justifies why. SUPERB !!

   I had an issue with card paying online with tui. Web team were unhelpful and really useless. I went into store and Jim was truly amazing. Got everything sorted swiftly bettered the web price and all I can say is I will be booking through Jim now it’s easier. Thank you for being amazing.
