I can never resist a nosey in this quaint, unique shop when I visit Greenwich Market. The lovely ladies that run the establishment are super friendly. And do all they can to provide top notch customer service even when the shop is busy. See you soon.
Extremely upset after visiting this store. Upon attempting to purchase 2 brooches, I politely asked with a smile if they had anything to clean them with as they had gathered dust by the window. To which they seemed disgusted and said “what’s her problem just give her new boxes they’re brand new she’s being difficult” right in front of me. I didn’t think it was too much to ask and was happy to try and dust them at home if they couldn’t but thought it was worth the ask as they are a shop that sells sparkly items. After hearing that and having eyes rolled at me I said “nevermind I think I’ll leave it” to which they rudely said “yep off you go then”. I was never rude at any point and went from feeling excited for having found a lovely present to insulted and distraught all from a polite ask. Very horrible staff lacking basic manners and basic customer service skills.
the employees were super lovely and helpful :) i bought a couple things. it's a bit crowded (small shop) and touristy, but that's to be expected with the location so i'm not faulting them.
Lovely shop. Lovely staff. Set in the heart of Greenwich. Beautiful day out. Love my visits to Dragonfly. Love looking through the crystals, clothes, jewellery and lots more. Louise is so kind and helpful. Be back very soon.
Stumbled upon this gem and I must say it’s one of my fave London finds during my super short stay here. The price is affordable by London standards and they have a ton of amazing stuff! We bought lovely gifts for friends and ourselves. Clothes that look like they belong to the glamorous 1920s, beautiful necklaces and bracelets and earrings and headbands. Most of all the owner was so welcoming and friendly. I had such an amazing time transported into another realm. Completely lost in the little treasures at every corner. We ended up buying a fraction of the goods in the store. Would love to return someday..!!
Came in here to get a birthday present for a friend and found some truly beautiful stuff in here. Everything is so pretty and not expensive at all. Not only this, but the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back here!
I bought a bracelet to match a necklace and when I returned home I already had one!.... shop happily allowed me to return via post and pay additional for a necklace I had spotted...they even covered the postage...a pleasure to deal with and the products are fab...first class service! Really nice Jewellery for every occasion, the people at the shop are friendly, I like the fact they let you try on the necklace for this reason I purchased three neckles. I want to make this shop my regular place to purchase Jewellery. It is worth the visit as you might find something you really like, take your time they don't rush you in this shop. You can pay by card and they take American express.
Spent the day in Greenwich and came across this beautiful little shop just off the beaten track behind the market, ladies you will definitely find something special. Gents don't be afraid you can buy a lovely gift I went in for a browse then had to go back as I saw a lovely scarf.the qaulity is great and a delightful lady that serverd us was very friendly will definitely go back.
Great little place lots of lovely unusual things nice to see something different,to be different also if you like dragonflies its great.
