I’ve been coming here for 9 years now and they always do a fantastic job with whatever design I request for my nails I’ve also had plenty of pedicures too and they’re always brilliant and relaxing All the staff are very friendly too

I went in for a soak off and re apply biab on my natural nails that took months to grow and were a really good length. The two ladies in there to begin with were lovely. However, another worker walked in, took over and disregarded everything I said. Didn’t soak off and insisted on doing an infill, used the electric file to completely cut my nails down. When I said not to take anymore length off (they were already shorter than I’d showed her I wanted) she continued, to the point I can’t even see the tips of my nails palm up! She rushed everything and cut the sides of my fingers with the file. Also how she has filed my nails will take a very long time to get my original natural nail shape back. The owner knew how much of a mistake the lady had made and offered to apply acrylics instead, which would have meant soaking off the thick layer of biab that was applied and starting over, which by this point I was on the verge of tears and in pain. It’s unfortunate because the two ladies were lovely, but one bad worker who doesn’t listen to clients, rushes and causes them pain has completely ruined my opinion on this salon.

The best pedicure I’ve ever had! This was my first visit to the salon and I was genuinely blown away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and offered tea or coffee - such a lovely touch. The pedicure itself was a 10/10. I relaxed in a massage chair with my feet soaking in hot water while the technician took her time and gave real attention to detail. She carefully removed all the dead skin and finished with a wonderfully soothing massage on both my feet and legs. I left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Already looking forward to my next visit - highly recommended
