   Booked the Panda, Pagodas, Palaces China & Japan trip for February 2027 in September 2025 and paid the £2000 deposit. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in the November with an expected life remaining of 6 months to a year. I contacted the love it book it company and informed them who refused to refund my deposit even though the trip was 15 months away, all they offered was a cancellation invoice which basically meant they can and have sold the holiday to someone else in the process of making an extra £2000 from me which would have helped my family after my passing. If you want to use this inhumane company be warned!

   Had the most amazing holiday to India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. The tours organised by Love it Book it we're brilliantly organised and extremely interesting. Loved every minute. The cruise on Celebrity Millennium was amazing too but some of the tours organised by Celebrity were dissapointing. Loved it.

   So I would say that the customer service is good however, there is a fundamental flaw! As a travel agent, they charge much higher deposits than other agents and the cruise lines direct … and they have 0 flexibility. In my experience, compared to booking with other travel agents, they do not work in the best interest of the customer, and they use the fact that you’ve paid a high deposit to hold you hostage to higher prices. This must just be their business model and it seems to make them a lot of money operating like this. No shade, you’ve got to do what you have to in order to survive in this industry I suppose, but it’s very disappointing for the customers on the other end. Whilst I’m not unhappy with the service, I would not use them again. This is the second time booking with them that we have been let down, and I should have trusted my instincts when using them to book our cruise for next year … If it looks too shiny and too good to be true, it probably is! Do not trust the over polished ads on morning TV!! In my opinion, there was no benefit to booking through them as a travel agent than just doing your own research or booking with an online travel agent. The only advantage is much higher costs and a bad taste in your mouth. For most people, booking a cruise is a holiday of a lifetime! The way this company operates can taint that experience. If you don’t mind paying a lot more for your cruise then I would say they are nice people and use them to book your next cruise. Otherwise I would say do your research and find a travel agent that works in your best interest

   I initially called Becky who was both friendly and helpful and could answer all my questions relating to the cruise. I then went away to think about the cruise and called back with further questions before booking. Becky did a brilliant job got me booked in assisted with selecting a cabin etc. I am a busy person and like efficiency and Becky was efficient and effective in the booking. I would definitely call Becky again. Thank you Becky!

   Booked an Australian and New Zealand cruise. Only sent details of travel one week before going. Too short. Holiday did not include transfers or three day’s board in Sydney. Cost an extra fortune in taxis and food. Will make sure next cruise is All-inclusive, as we assumed this one was.

   10 minutes after booking cruise found same one for £800 cheaper. After sales service is poor, received email to tell us to contact them as flights were available to change our return. When I phoned sales assistant told me flights were not out and I had to phone back, when I explained about the email she back tracked and put me through to the right department. They can't book car hire etc. Just very disappointing in the level of after sale service when you eventually get through.

   Not good after booking a cruise it was very hard to find out details of flight’s hotels and trains. This then gives you no opportunity to try to upgrade on anything as everything booked along side the cruise is budget and very basic. Far better to book through an agent you can contact and tailor your holiday face to face. I would now after speaking to a very pleasant young lady Jessica like to amend my review. Although I was disappointed at not being able to upgrade certain parts of our booking. Having had things explained to me in more detail a certain amount of my complaints were down to misunderstanding on both side’s. Because this trip was for our golden wedding anniversary that was the reason for the one star and after the explanation I happy to amend it to three⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I have always found them friendly and helpful. Very professional company and they were great with our booking when we needed to make changes. I have just booked my third cruise with them.
