Honestly I was very happy with suit qualities and service. I am xl and don't like going into shops. So online is a good option. I purchased a few kaddar suits and have washed and worn a few times. Shapes remain and so does the quality. This shop has become my trusted friend! I am yet to try the party/wedding collection but I will.
Ilford lane is a little out of the way for me. So all my orders are done online. What i love about them is i follow them on insta and if there is something i like online i always inbox them via insta if they can show me the suit if they have in store. There response is always quick and 9/10 times i am happy to purchase this way. Keep up with providing a great service and I will always buy from you before checking elsewhere.
Purchased a dress which my wife wore for 3 hours at an event indoors at home and stitching has come undone. Lady in the shop could not refund or exchange and shop owner does not work on a Sunday. They claimed that this type of material gets torn easily but it's an excuse for what is essentially a poor quality item. Very poor quality. Very unhappy. Terrible customer service. Update - 14-Oct: a shame to see a business behave in such a manner to what is a genuine review. Claims such as fraud and catering issues are wholly untrue. My review will stay as it's genuine but your response and assumptions are a reflection of the type of business you are. Claims regarding the CCTV are also untrue and completely fabricated. I have successfully received a refund via my bank.

Ordering very easy, quick delivery, the suits were good but cost of one suit was overly priced. Looked more expensive online, but when received it was not worth the price
I always go there for shopping , main reason is that they have mostly new stock and, collection are nice. The sales girl is cooperative and helpful ,I'm always satisfied to buy clothes .
This was the 1st time I ordered from your company and have to say that the quality is amazing for the price paid. The outfits are so elegant. The fitting is perfect. The quality of the cloth is lovely. I would come back to this place.
I visited the store last week as I needed to exchange an item. I was presented with a young lady who was full of attitude. She made me feel so small asking me stupid questions on why I wanted to exchange an item. She made me wait for an outfit because she was too ironing an outfit. The customer service was outrageous. We are only given 7 days for an exchange. I dont think that is satisfactory. Yes they have nice outfits but with an attitude. We visited another shop on Ilford lane and the customer service was excellent. We were welcomed with a smile and a hello. Perhaps this is something DD should work on.
