   horrible customer service. The short Bengali young hijabi was really rude, she avoided eye contact whenever we asked a question, and had such a rude attitude. We felt uncomfortable by her and couldn’t even ask questions because of how cold she was. We decided to leave and not buy the dress because of her attitude. We will not be back.

   Extremely disappointed in the service I’ve received today. I’ve liked an outfit for few weeks now. I went back to the shop to purchase the outfit. Only to find out it had few holes on the trousers. It was the last suit left. I asked if they could give a discount as it was last suit left that had holes on the trousers. The lady asked her manager and she said NO!! What a joke and how pathetic as it was the last piece and they are getting rid of the old stock. I just don’t understand why she refused to give a discount. Oh well, it’s their lost on their business and customers. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews regarding their service. I couldn’t agree more.

   I went yesterday bought a dress asked the lady to give me a fresh piece when I came back home and tried one if the Lankan was missing from Dupatta and the treads were coming off , it was definitely not a fresh piece and customer service is bad .They had that attitude on their face.Will add the pics later. They do not pick up your call . It goes on extention.

   We visited Lubnas London In East shopping mall and we had the worst customer service experience with the lady who was wearing a hijab behind the till we asked her the price of an outfit which we wanted to buy and she responded rudely with “we are closing now come back tomorrow” It Clearly shows she has no customer service skills and experience to speak to customers in a polite manner. Definitely would not recommend this store to anyone. Management should recruit experienced staff who can actually speak to customers.

   I went to day. I brought a dress for my wife. There was two lady's was in the shop. One was all time on the phone and other one also don't care to sale. BTW we brought a dress and the price is very expensive
