We had an amazing experience booking our first TUI Marella cruise. Holly, our Tui agent was brilliant she was so knowledgeable about the cruises and her advice was great in choosing the right cruise for us. We would definitely recommend TUI Rochdale, and Holly was fantastic ! Thankyou !
Booked my Holiday with Charlotte, from start to finish she went above and beyond to help me find the right package and hotel, resort and more importantly as it’s a 14 hrs flight each was with a 3 hrs lay over as well, I am 6ft 8 so found flights with Qatar but it said standard seats for a lot of extra money, but she involved Owen and between them they confirmed it was business class and i was happy to pay the extra. Owen also went to every effort to get the ticket team to release my seats early and then after a little discussion with the Airlines I managed to book and choose the seats I wanted In Buisness Class, it said I could select my seat for free but then it said only 24 hrs before. But there was only 2 window seats left and I finally got them for all 4 flights and they reduced the choose and book early fee down to just £108 for the 4 flight in total. I have had multiple follow up and Owen and Charlotte reminded me to apply for my electronic visa and also I needed an additional insurance to that of my holiday policy under a new law for Tanzania. I am away over Xmas and new year for 17 days and looking g forward to it so much. If you do not trust the app or have questions TUI Rochdale is the store to go to and the whole team there. Even knew about my booking. Thank you Charlotte and Owen for all your help and I hope you have a lovely Xmas and new year. I look forward to booking with you in the future, seriously I can’t recommend this store highly enough. ☺️
Great experience today in tui Rochdale. Went with an impulsive idea of booking lapland for a day trip, completed it with the staff who spoke through everything & made us feel as ease while also being able to have a little laugh throughout our time sat at the desk. Very welcoming & friendly, even asked advise on a summer holiday and even though we was booking a winter day trip they was more than happy to take the time and advise us on what we was wanting ect. Nothing was to much trouble. Definitely recommend going into store if your unsure of anything as the staff are lovely.
I went into store this week to book a winter getaway for me and my partner as we were unsure about how to add a few extras to our holiday. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady called Natasha who was more than happy to assist us with our booking and managed to grab us a better deal than we was expecting! A big thank you to Natasha for all your time and effort with us! I couldn’t recommend this store enough!
I visited the Rochdale branch earlier this year to book a holiday that I had already found but wanted the comfort of having someone on hand If needed. While in the shop booking the holiday I was given so much information about the destination and extras like holiday insurance quote and an airport lounge quote which I ended up taking both. I dealt with Natasha, Owen and Joanna throughout the process and had so much peace of mind that everything was in hand and done in the right way. Thank you all for your help, we had the best time in Morocco and will be back in the future to book more amazing trips !
I have been using TUI Rochdale for a long time and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone in the shop is very nice and approachable. The environment is very clean and I enjoyed booking my holiday with them. Natasha, Charlotte, Millie, Josh and Nicky was just lovely. I even got offered a chocolate mini roll which are my absolute favourite.

Excellent experience today having had to go into store last minute to change a holiday. Couldn’t do enough to help. Pleasant and professional from start to finish. Will definitely be booking through these guys next time.
