when you book your holiday with a travel agent you expect to have the trust and confidence in them to match your needs.for 2 mature adults to be placed in paceville st julians malta in the centre of the entertainment district with numerous nightclubs and thumping music till 4 am where in the hotels own admission in reviews the possibilities of eliminating external noise are quite limited.it is clear that this vacation was completely unsuitable for a relaxing holiday which is what we required.will definitely not be using this tui shop in the near future 2 very unsatisfied customers.
I was having trouble trying to find the perfect holiday, on line, for myself and husband for when I retire. After 2 hours I gave up and went into TUI in Altrincham. Well I should have done this in the first place. The ladies were fabulous, kind and welcoming. Jody found me a longer holiday at a good price, all inclusive in a 4 star hotel. The girls definitely gave me the 5 star treatment. Thank you so much.

After researching myself for a long, long, time, Hannah managed to find us our perfect holiday after a few phone calls and email exchanges! It is evident she has a sound knowledge of the resorts and was able to cherry pick to our requirements. Very friendly and supportive staff. One star removed as sometimes it was difficult to reach them over the phone, I believe they were probably busy with appointments and walk ins.
Can’t thank Natalie at TUI Altrincham enough, for her outstanding help when dealing with a very complex matter. Her liaison between myself and the exceptional circumstances team was invaluable, and resulted in a very satisfactory outcome. Brilliant customer service!
