I’ve had an absolutely smashing experience. I came on short notice, and Joe spent over an hour going through with me on what I can do with my hair. She made sure she went through with me about all the options I had, and always made me understand the whole process. I can’t thank her enough. I am so happy with my hair today, I couldn’t be more happy, thank you to Joe especially and all the team. I would highly recommend to everyone.
Had a model day and apprentice did fantastic work, everyone there was sweet helped me figure out what I wanted despite not having owt done for years,it looks great, they styled and straightened it for pictures but it feels and looks absolutely lovely even when it's not, amazing place and can't recommend the experience enough.

Friendly, fantastic staff and my hairdresser, Vicki, cuts my hair very well. Other senior stylists have also done a great job, when I've had to cancel and rebook at short notice.
Paid £100 to have my hair butchered and leave with a massive chunk missing from the side of my head, banding on my roots worse than when I entered and when I asked for a refund they said it wasn't part of their policy. My haircut was fixed by Vicky who was lovely but the stylist who originally did my hair argued with myself and my mum saying it wasn't that bad and she wasn't to blame for ruining my hair when she was the one who did it. Finally got a refund after i burst into tears because I felt so awful about the experience and it triggered my social anxiety. Will never be returning and I'm so disappointed by my experience.
