   Woman who calls herself manager is extremely rude unprofessional and useless, messed up my eye brows as she was constantly on her phone yapping away , when I complained instead of apologising became aggressive started shouting crazy like she's some psycho, she knew she messed up and she thought she would get away by shouting! never ever again my gosh the audacity of her ! Calls herself the manageress? Just the place if you want wonky brows and a wallop of terrible customer service.

   Always come here for eyebrow threading and have also used others in the franchise. I use the Halifax one most regularly and have always had a really good experience with eyebrow threading. There are other services such as eyebrow dying that my mum and sister have used as well! Definitely recommend.

   I’ve been coming here since the shop first opened, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my brows. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming, and they make the whole process quick and efficient without ever compromising on quality. My brows are always done beautifully, and I’ve never once had a bad experience with any of the team. The service is consistently brilliant, and the prices are very reasonable for the standard of work. Highly recommend!

   Such a terrible service. I went for brows threading and she used very sharp thread on me, when i asked her to use powder to reduce pain while doing she replied we don’t use since covid and She did not even use mask on face if that so. There is no proper hospitality to clients and rude in talk as well.

   I booked it for my mum she deserved a treat she had a facial she said it was a nice clean surrounding and very professional service she was seen by Sadaf who was very welcoming I would recommend this place it’s only for women so that in itself is a plus.

   My friend did not have any problems with the service. However, the staff is rude! They didn't greet us or even ask what we wanted after we walked in and waited for 20 minutes or more. They didn't even utter a single word.
