Where to start…. I have been a customer of the Pamper Pot for over 5 years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatment. Felt totally wiped out today until I walked through the door of this beautiful salon. The staff are always so friendly and kind. And I love my time here. Beautiful new nails from Biab Iris to Biab Coffee Bean and my brows now look fabulous!
If there I could rate this place as a 0 then I would . Absolutely terrible customer service . Management there are absolutely shocking and rude to customers . They expect you to pay a charge for treatment when you can’t attended as you have a family emergency. Staff should be trained to speak on the phone and to let customers know if there is a charge to treatment if you do not attend. I will not be going back to pamper pot again. It’s just a typical business and they just want your money.

This is a beautiful, clean, well presented salon in the heart of Droitwich that offers many services including nails, facials, lashes, brows, massages, luxury pedicures.
This a lovely modern, very clean salon. Sarah did my Calgel nails and I love them. I would highly recommend.
