   I walked in to the store so upset due to what happened with my other holiday and Louise really did turn our day around and sorted us a nice holiday and made sure everything was double checked before I left! What seemed like 24 hours of a nightmare after our holiday getting cancelled…Louise made mine and my children’s day and we are going on holiday after all! Thank you so much we are so grateful !!

   Popped into the branch and wanted some info on long haul summer destinations. Staff super friendly but not pushy. Answered my questions and suggested some destinations which met my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and staff were very attentive. So pleased with my experience. Will be back!

   I am absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service from this shop. The staff members are absolutely incapable of doing their jobs correctly and tell lies to customers to try and cover their tracks when they have made an error. I have paid over £7000 for this holiday and their service was absolutely appalling. They made countless errors with our booking and would not accept responsibility when challenged. I have dealt with 4 members of staff and every single of them have lied, and made mistakes which they will not take accountability for! I do not recommend to book your holiday with Hays travel, I specifically booked with a travel agent for peace of mind that my holiday would be booked and taken care of with no issues, and I’ve experienced nothing but issues. Never again would I use this company 1 star rating is even too much for them.

   Definatly worth 5stars, the staff are always friendly and helpful especially James who gave us a 1st class service this person nothing was to much trouble a credit to the company and both my wife and I hope this doesn't go unrecognised.    Can I just pass on my thanks to Ellie, who has been helping me book my dream holiday to Florida for 2022. Not only did Ellie take me through step by step the booking process but she was full of useful information and advice on where to stay and how to best enjoy our holiday. Her passion for this destination shines through and this is why we ended up booking with her. In these un certain times she made us feel at ease and has set up a helpful monthly plan for us to pay off our holiday. I couldn't be happier by the service we have received.
