   Be careful if needing travel currency as the online order process isn’t reliable. Ordered mine last night at the rate guaranteed. Confirmation said to await a contact today which did not arrive. I rang less than an hour before closing to be told they allocate the currency for large orders first but as there were enough left I could go within the next 50 mins which I couldn’t do and they wouldn’t guarantee the rate when ordered if I collect tomorrow despite admitting it was their fault!

   Fixed us up with a good holiday to Mallorca. Stayed in Cala Bona .wonderful relaxing holiday. Thanks to Sarah for arranging. Nothing was too much trouble

   Poor service over telephone. I asked a valid question regarding travel and covid jabs. Refer to government website?! Sorry I thought this was a travel agent with up to date knowledge. Well if I were booking with you I'm not now.

   never anyone available to answer my question,ive just rang up and told someone would have to ring me back.there is never enough staff and always waiting when i go in there for long periods of time but the women who are there are really nice and i think if they was given more staff then all the delays wouldnt happen and it would be a brilliant thomas cook.i will update shortly and let you no how long i had to wait or if i had to ring back.... no one even rang me back.still not enough staff,i think thats why people are not taking there business to them which is a shame as all of my family used to use thomas cook.one thing good about here is the staff are very nice and polite and its not there fault,thomas cook need to send more staff there and then let the public no that as well so they can start getting there business's back up and running

   I have made 4 calls to the Swinton shop, 2 messages on the answer phone requesting a call back. Spoke to member of staff who seemed to be helpful but was unavailable to give me details as promised. Made a further call, waited 5 minutes only to be told to leave my details AGAIN. Made another phone call and was told the original member of staff I spoke to was now busy. Was promised a call back. 2 days and 4 calls later, still not had a response.
