   I today Booked a 10 day holiday to Ibiza with Nicola from the Bury Branch. Nicola was Customer Service Centric and Professional sourcing me a good price not only with the Tui Sale Discounts but also using my Blue Light Card and E-Gift Card. The fact that they now "Price Match" to the On Line quote is excellent because it provides you with 121 service. Would highly recommend.

   i was in bury branch of tui today i was looking for a cruise . young lady called Nicola delt with my enquirers about various dates and cruises. she was very helpful and spent a good hour with me . we had a couple of lathes on the way. all the staff at this branch are all so very helpful as they are at other branches no doubt . so thumbs up all round. 10 out 10.    Grace dealt with our cruise for next year so efficiently. Grace listened to our ideas and then came back with 2-3 options explaining in detail the features and benefits for each. Once we decided on our cruise destination she made booking so easy. Wouldn’t hesitate to use TUI Bury and in particular Grace again .. many thanks for a great experience only 306 days to go , can’t wait

   We normally find our own holidays on line. You know what's its like, swapping dates hotels around and flight times...then there's the luggage? Oh then you need to enter your passport details. Pick seats. Print boarding cards...where does it end? I'll tell you where It's here.. speak to Andrea ,easy friendly and dare I say Fun? Found us a great deal to travel within 4 days, printed our boarding cards.. We need to find our own way to the Airport though. This Travel agency idea could catch on!

   Absolutely fantastic customer service. Me and my partner booked our first holiday together to Rome today with the amazing help of Ryan. He was so helpful in every way possible. Everything from our flight to our transfer was sorted for us with no problem. He even advised us with information on the Rome city pass that would save us money on visiting the attractions. Thankyou so much for your help today we will definitely be back to book our holidays with you again. :)
