Always nervous visiting a salon for the first time but Id heard such good things about L A Techniques I thought Id give it a go. Warm welcome from Leigh and her team makes for a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Hadn't been happy with my hair colour for a while and I knew it would be a challenge for the stylists to correct previous cockups but they were so patient and knowledgable I knew I was in good hands. Really happy with my colour and cut. Would definitely recommend this gem of a place.
It's the first time I have been here. The staff are really lovely and my hair looks the best its looked in years. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Being going for over a year. Started off red and then gone to blonde. I trust Leigh 100% to create a style that suits my face. I have never had the hard sell to buy products. I always get a free cuppa.
Had an appointment for 4.15, got there just before and she was drying someone's hair. Said take a seat I'll be with you in a minute. 15 minutes later and not even half way through straightening the woman's hair. I wouldn't mind waiting for an appointment but it was as though me and my children weren't even there, I felt very uncomfortable and what made it worse was there was an extremely strong chemical smell from the nail bar which is right next to the waiting area - with two children this was not ideal and I left with a headache. Needless to say I walked out with my kids and will not ever go back. What happened to great customer service from hairdressers??
