Staff always very friendly. It's exceptionally clean. Very professional. Lisa (the owner) is lovely. People always comment on the lovely colour and condition of my hair. I have been going here for 7 years now & I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Unfortunately today's hair colour at cut wasn't what my daughter and I expected. The service wasn't great. The fact my daughters hair would not be as she wanted at the first visit, was not explained although they tried to make out today that is was, when we did our strand test on tuesday. My daughter was really upset by her hair. She wanted to go blonde, and ended up with brown, with red bits, substantial blonde roots, and blonde highlights. This really should have been explained to us. My hair has seemed to come out ok, although the fringe is slightly wonky. I asked to use the toilet. There was no toilet roll holder, I had to try and find the toilet roll, plus the light did not work. All for £149. Really not worth the money at all. I won't be going back. This used to be a hairdresser I could rely on. Unfortunately not know. £150! So not worth it or the time it took.

Second time here last time was good today 19th Dec was awful I was there for a cut and blow dry but the lady just gave me a trim and just dried my hair with the dryer no blow dry then she asked if I wanted it curled I said yes but the curls have fallen out my hair doesn't look any different to what I do my self in week when I just wash it and leave it to dry on its own what a waste of money won't be going again
Horrible experience, felt i wasn't listened to throughout my haircut, ended up in tears, no empathpy, reassurance or compassion from the stylist, walked out in tears and having an anxiety attack after the stylist(and i use that term loosely) was advised by other member of staff to keep cutting more off. I wasn't going to let this happen as she hadn't listened to what i had asked for in the first place. As i was too upset to argue i paid my bill and left looking like a bowling ball. I rang and spoke to the manager who was unhelpful, offered me to come in for her to see but at times that i couldn't attend and then said she was on holiday and couldn't do anything as it was more than a week would have passed since the haircut by the time she returned from holiday.... obviously as she had a weeks holiday. She took my phone number as she said she needed to speak to the other member of staff first. She has failed to ring me and offered no apology to how i felt and my experience in her salon.
