   I’m really not sure why this place gets so many bad ratings. I’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. They ALWAYS manage to fit me in, even if I message the night before or on the day. The prices have always been the same as any other nail shop in town, and the staff are great at checking I’m happy at every stage—colour, shape, everything. Yes, there can be a little wait when it’s busy and they’ve squeezed me in last minute, but I’ve never waited long, and I actually appreciate that they do their best to accommodate me. My nails always last well, and if I want to stop the colour from wearing off, they’re happy to add a second top coat. When I accidentally caught a nail and it came off, they fixed it for me the next day free of charge. Overall, I’m really glad I found a place that’s reliable, accommodating, and consistently does a great job.

   Been going for a few years now and the prices have gone up and up, on the board my nails come to £40 with long gems ect. I got charged £70 for a infill!!! Over £120 for toes and nails infill absolute joke. Not to mention the fact every time I’ve been they’ve cut me and even gave me athletes foot last year from not washing the towels and I still went back! Won’t step foot in there again. Scammers

   Took my daughter in to have her nails done today, the staff were friendly and the lady that did her nails did an incredible job. My daughter had a particular design she wanted, the colours were perfect and the design was absolutely spot on! The length is exactly as she wanted it, the nail tech made sure my daughter was happy with every step. I really can't compliment them enough!

   I went and got my Halloween nails done just over a week ago now and when I went in I couldn't fault them!! Very kind to me no problem I went and had infills which when I rang to ask the price someone told me it was 25 but when I was done the charged me 40 pounds which at 1st I didn't say nothing I got back home and rang them to ask them and they said it's 28 pounds for infill plus 12 pounds for the art so I said o ok that's fine!! I went to sleep and literally it wasn't even 24 hours before my paint was chipped!! I woke up and saw on 4 nails that the paint was chipped!! So I rang and said please can U sort these out due to as I said it literally only been altogether 15 16 hours!! They were ok but as soon as I went in they all were so rude!! I didn't take no notice so I tried to go out my way to chat and just brake the ice!! But literally I got nothing back!! Honestly all of them were so rude!! I looked up at the prices to find it says 28 pounds infills with 7 pounds art so really it should have costs me 36 pounds not 40 pounds!! So after getting my nails re done because it was chipped the bloody paint has come off again!! This time I'm not ringing or even bothering to go back!! 1. The price is actually disgusting!! Especially with an infill!! 2. The paint they are using it just chips constantly!! 3. They are all good with you at 1st and taking your money!! But literally as soon as U have any issues hey are all rude couldn't believe it!! I would understand if I was rude ect but I still went out my way to be nice even though I got robbed and it wasn't even worth the money especially when they are chipping the way they are!! Also when I went back you can see the rushed it and the pumpkin one is bigger and winded and the middle finger the fick bit is just wrong I will also upload when I 1st got them done so U can actually see the difference and the 1st time it was clipped honestly it was so much worse it's just so wrong!! I honestly wouldn't go to this shop!! It's a joke it really is not worth the money!! The last picture is the ones I got 1st which honestly there were amazing but when they redid them honestly so rushed it wasn't the same and just vile!!

   Had a great first experience here! Walked in and showed the woman a picture of the nails that I wanted and she told me that it would be £36 which I thought was very reasonable considering the intricate nail art on two fingers. I only had to wait about 5 minutes to be seen and all the staff are very professional and helpful. The girl who did my nail art did it exactly like the picture. I have never had such neat and perfect nails at other salons, they have great attention to detail here. Really good range of colours to pick from. Would definitely return if i’m in Lichfield.
