Went in for a price for Christmas 2023, absolutely lovely team and so helpful, informative and very patient, the hotel we had been looking at going to in Benidorm and not even mentioned to Heather (travel agent) she told us it wasn't a good one, so we ended up booking one same star rating and price but absolutely fantastic reviews and Adults only, couldn't recommend them enough x
