Amazing experience! I have always had a lot of anxiety going to the hairdressers but everyone here were so kind and welcoming. They did an incredible job on my hair and it came out even better than I imagined. Definitely going back!

Kieri is my stylist. She cuts my hair really well. The atmosphere in the salon is great. Really relaxing and the staff are really friendly. Would definitely recommend.
I had an appointment for a cut and finish and asked for no more than 3 inches to be trimmed off. My hair is not in a style and just needed to be trimmed. I ended up having 7 inches cut off and being left with shoulder length hair. Edited to add photos to highlight how much hair was cut despite asking for a trim.
Last week I was fortunate enough to have the Fabriq Quick Fix + repair treatment with the lovely Evie. I have been over time changing my colour from a deep red (years of build up) to a more natural lighter colour to help blend in the grey (or white!) but the downside of this has been an awful lot of ‘shedding’ when I’m drying or straightening my hair. After having this treatment which puts a protective coating on your hair not one bit of hair to be seen on the black gown and my hair, which is naturally coarse, curly and frizzy has never felt softer. Evie showed me before treatment how the hair had nodules and broke off easily where these were. After treatment, no nodules, no breaking. This treatment lasts up to 30 days depending how often you wash it so fingers crossed. Once I’ve reached the colour I’m aiming for I’m excited to have the full treatment which should last 4 to 6 months! Thank you so much Evie and Mel for not only sorting my hair but also for explaining the process and educating me, which then makes sense and helps me to look after my hair better.
Eve has done an amazing job with my hair at each visit, and she was really helpful with consultation etc. I have come out every time feeling more confident and over the moon with my hair! The salon is so welcoming and really professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else now!

En Route is my safe space! Being a nurse during the pandemic, En Route was always somewhere I felt comfortable and somewhere I looked forward to going. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable and offer the best possible service and experience. Liv is fantastic and saved my hair when I first went to En Route and has been cutting and colouring my hair ever since. She takes the time and puts all her effort into every single strand.
